Orders and contracting
Placing an order or accepting an offer does not create obligations until written confirmation by GRIZZLY DIGITAL S.R.L. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation and/or signing the documents.
Pricing and payments
Prices are expressed in the currency indicated in the offer and may include or exclude VAT. Payment is made according to agreed terms. Late payment may suspend deliveries until settlement.
Intellectual property
The website content and delivered materials (unless otherwise stipulated) are protected by copyright. The client receives the usage rights specified in the contract upon full payment.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, GRIZZLY DIGITAL S.R.L. is not liable for indirect, opportunity or profit losses. Total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the relevant service.
Force majeure
No party is liable for non-performance when due to a force majeure event as defined by law. Performance will resume after the event ends.
